Whenever im playing with my games, it keep going back to homescreen and I don't know what to, please help me fix it,
If I reboot it, does that mean all my apps,pictures and my money from iTunes will be lost?

And sometimes, when I open my ipad, it won't let me slide the opening bar, it takes 5 seconds untill I can finally touch and slide the bar. I don't know how to fix it, please please help
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
What model iPad and what iOS is it running? You may need to update the iOS.
Is this app the only one that does this? If so, it's probably a problem with the app software. Contact the app developer.

If you are scared about advises above stop all apps one by one as on example bellow, works for me.
