cracked iphone 5 screen
i broke my iphone 5 screen.booked an appointment with the genius team to have it replaced.Is it guaranteed I'd have my phone replaced on the day of my appointment?..What is the process going to be like?

You will pay for out of warranty service. They will replace your iPhone. MAke sure you back your up before goin to the store. Back it up using iTunes.
