my iphone 4s suddenly rings hoarsely

My iphone 4s suddenly rings hoarsely.

The microphone works perfectly, its just the ringer that rings weird.can I fix it ? If I take it to the service in my country (Cyprus) they will probably fix this problem but create a million others 😟 I am sure they will not send it to iphone service. help please. thank you 🙂
