Just bought a new MacBook Air 11"
Missing restore key/dongle.
Is it no longer included? Can I purchase one from apple or a third party?

Missing restore key/dongle.
Recovery HD
You startup into "Recovery HD" by holding command and r keys together at startup.
Using Recovery HD you can reinstall OSX,reset password, etc.

Restore Key is different from Recovery HD.
