I'have a MacBook Pro early 2011 with Mountain Lion 10.8.2 and a SSD installed instead of HDD.
A few days ago I bought a latest AirPort Express. Since then, the macbook pro freeze at left click. At starup before login and later.

Sounds like someone may not have properly hooked up the wireless card, or the Airport Express is faulty. Bring both the machine and airport express in for service, seeing as how the issue only surfaced when you started using the Airport Express.

The problem with the left click it appeared before, sporadically. It is possible that the problem has been increased by network?
The left click, it does not work with the touch pad, magic mouse and track pad, work only the right click and after few minutes the macbook pro freeze.
What exactly happens when it freezes? How do you recover from the freeze?
Usually happens at login, when I enter the password and then try to click on my circle avatar or after logging in after two or three clicks. But the strange thing is that the right work.
And how do you recover?
I force a shutdown with a powerbutton 😮. And I try again and again until it works. I try to use SMC reset, e PRAM reset. Can try post a log after freeze.
Have you tried command-option-escape to force quit just the offending application by selecting it and quitting?
Have you checked your directory?

Back up all data.
Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
Note: You need an always-on Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection to the Internet to use Recovery. It won’t work with USB or PPPoE modems, or with proxy servers, or with networks that require a certificate for authentication.
When the OS X Utilities screen appears, follow the prompts to reinstall the OS. You don't need to erase the boot volume, and you won't need your backup unless something goes wrong. If your Mac was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you’ll need the Apple ID and password you used to upgrade, so make a note of those before you begin.
I found the problem. I solved it by unplugging all devices bluetooth and reconnecting everything. It seems a conflict that does not run the left click.
