What are Private Frameworks, and Private WebKit?

Both of these programs(?) are listed multiple times on my About this Mac pages. Why is it that the Bluetooth shows Not Available when it is active and present on my IMac? Several things in this long list do not seem right, is there an example of how this should look for any given device? Does anyone know of a web site where About This Mac is either explained, or discussed in more depth? I have not found this topic on Apple's website, nor have I found anything close to explaining what these are when I've Googled these topics. Any insight is appreciated.

Thanks for all of your input, I feel like a new-bee again as these Macs are very different from any of the PCs I've used over the years. So by "private" do they mean private to Apple Programmers, or private to myself as the owner? I not only have no ability to use these "Frames" but am not either able to view them. Is this the default? I am spending the morning going through some of those links you posted and do appreciate them as not one of these headings surfaced when I searched my desktop, which I find strange, and wonder if this is all connected to the obvious hacker that lurks my devices, or should I say whose devices I've paid for but am now only a minor user on. I absolve to never stop trying to trace it down though, and am confident that I will get to the bottom no matter how long it takes me.

Where can one find a Forensic Specialist that I can afford as there are none listed in our local listings and most I have found only work with large corporations. It all has a throbbing effect on my brain that is wearing me down by the hour some days. Evokes lots of frustration and even anger but without knowing the source of these ongoing problems it can become rather depressing to even think about. I, like most Americans, have become rather reliant on my devices and the Internet and find it difficult to avoid for even a short time.

From the first linked document, pages 8 and 9:

Frameworks serve the same purpose as static and dynamic shared libraries, that is, they provide a library of routines that can be called by an application to perform a specific task.

In addition to using the system frameworks, you can create your own frameworks and use them privately for your own applications or make them publicly available to other developers. Private frameworks are appropriate for code modules you want to use in your own applications but do not want other developers to use. Public frameworks are intended for use by other developers and usually include headers and documentation defining the framework’s public interface.

Thanks to both baltwo and rkaufmann87 too, I'm not a brand newbee but am rather unfamiliar with these different types of files, servers, developing tools and applications. Seems like MS has their share of same. They lost me with windows 7 but I do use both my XP's and my Tiger G4s weekly. My G4s are working better then they ever have. Going through the listed sites this past weekend I found some old core tutorials from OSIX that explained some of the nuts and bolts applications better then some of those in my newer MacHelp files. Its all starting to make more sense now! Just need to put a lot more time in to reinforce what I've read. I do appreciate your time and feedback all, thanks!
