As the title states. I converted movies on my external to H.264 for my Ipad mini. Connect extenral to my macbook air, open itunes, and attempt to transfer them to my mini. the mini does not accept them.
any help would be greatly appreciated. running the latest version of itunes on both macbook and mini. i used wondershare video converter to convert videos using the ipad selection.

Try selecting the films on your Mac's iTunes and do File > Create New Version > Create iPad Version and then try syncing those versions
Tried that but a message comes up statiing that the movies are already in the correct format. I used Videora before and worked just fine. Very weird.
