I reset my password for itunes, and it still is telling me 'unknown error' so now i can't get into my account! I had the original password correct and it told me 'unknown error' so that is why i reset just to get the same error over and over HELP!
i reset my password because when i put in original it said 'unknown error' now reset after reset it tells me the same darn thing, and i can not get into i tunes now
