my ipad is pertinently disabled how do i fix this?

my ipad is permenantly disabled...how do i fix this? and im not able to use the computer that it was set up on to reconnect it

If it's showing the red disabled screen then you will need to connect it to a computer in order to reset it, and you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808


If you do it via a computer that it hasn't been synced to then (from here) :

If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.
