can i move data from my Iphone on to ICloud so I can make more storage on my IPhone please help

iCloud can't be used to create more space on your phone. It's designed to sync your data across all your devices, not to allow you to store your data in iCloud so you can delete it from your phone. The only exception to this is if you subscribe to iTunes Match, which will then allow you to access your music library (up to 25,000 songs) from iCloud and not store it on your phone.

If you want more space on your phone you'll have to use iTunes to delete some of it.
