Downloading Lion

Is there any way to download or obtain a copy of the OS X Lion software that I purchased? Having determined that Mountain Lion kills my Mac Mini, I'd like to roll it back, but when I select "install" from my list of previous purchases, it says "this item is not available in the US store."

Well thank you very much, Apple, but I paid for this software. I realize they're not required to provide download access in perpetuity, but neither was it my decision to eliminate physical media. What gives?
