Q: I keep going to my ipad but the TOS, message doesnt show.  My Apple TV wont access Photo stream now.

I want to use photo stream but my apple TV sends me to support to see the TOS.  The support says to accept the TOS on my Ipad.  The Ipad isnt presenting me with a TOS.  I agreed to a TOS to get to this page, but that doesnt seem to apply. Toss ing  apple seems to be a monthly requirement.
