Seagate Momentus 5400.3 Ext HD
Hello all.
Please can anyone tell me if the Seagate Momentus 5400.3 Ext HD is compatible with my MacPro OSX10.6.8?

Any 2.5' serial ATA (SATA) hard drive that is the same height as your currently installed hard drive will work. Most are 9.5mm. That Seagate hard drive is 9.5mm high.
However, if you're replacing the hard drive, why that one? It is slow at 5400rpm and it comes with a 2 year warranty. Take a look at the Western Digital Scorpio Black drives, which some with a 5 year warranty.
