Q: Where is the online switch tool?

I'm told there is an online switch tool ("Switch 101:  On Windows I used to...") that helps users move from Windows to Mac.

 

I was told to go to apple.com and search "switch tool," but that didn't work?

 

Does anyone know where to find it?
