Itunes will not let me download some of my songs to a CD, why?

I got the latest updated itunes, which I personally do NOT like and I bought some new songs as well as music videos.

I created my playlist to burn to a CD and a few of the songs are music videos. Everythime I try to burn the playlist to my CD it skips over the music videos and does not add them.

I dont want to actually burn the music video its' self just the song and with the older version of itunes I was able to download my whole playlist without any problems. I am also using the same type of CD as I did before so it has nothing to do with the CD its' self.
