Stuck/Dead pixel replacement phone

I have a stuck/dead pizel on my iphone 4s. The apple store is bit far and a hassle to get to where i am at. I wouldnt want to waste the time going over there just get no as an answer. my warrenty just recently ended. i was too lazy to do it within the 6 months it has happned in, now im probably out of luck and regretting it now lol. i also dont want to spend time on the phone with apple because they take forever.

any way apple would replace and iphone that is out of warranty because of a stuck/dead pixel?
