Complaint about Bloody Mary ghost adventure

Rite having purchased a fantastic game along side myself and plenty of others have been promised month after month of the last update now having paid for this and still no update after been told 5-10 days on the 31st dec 2012 there still no update how does 1 make a complaint or get a refund
