Screw for iPhone 4
I took the back of my iphone when I put it back on I put the srecs back on too hard and the screw top either now the the screwdriver doesn't work

Your posted question reads as a part of an adult-related joke. If you simply want another threaded fastener (I'm going to great lengths not to use the word "screw"), speak with a Genius at an Apple store, and (s)he might find an extra. If the head (dang!) - I mean the top - of the screw is damaged, and the iPhone still works, leave it alone. Here's the bad news...a damaged screw is a clear indication that you've opened the iPhone and, if the iPhone fails, Apple won't replace it (as an out-of-warranty exchange).
