64mb dedicated memory GRAPHICS ???

Hello. I have a 13' MacBook pro with Intel HD 4000.

I have 8 GB RAM, so 512MB dedicated on OS X.

I only have 64 miserables MB on Windows!! I need to dedicate more so I can play games.

Does anyone know how to switch and dedicate more to windows than to OS X, or just increase it?
