Q: I need some help with KeyChain.

Hello, Today i was fixing my computer cause i have been getting really bad lag, and i needed to change my password. But then there was something that had happened and i had to go to another accout to change it. I had never had problems with KeyChain but only my sister accout had problems with keychain, i didn't know about it before, so i told here to leave it alone. But now that its happening to me its is worst then how she had it. And i would like to turn it off if its able to or at least stop it from popping up everytime i open an application or my account. If anyone can tell me infomation on how stop it from doing that that will be much appreciated.
