Will Apple replace my iPad 3rd Gen?

I bought my iPad 3rd generation on launch day along with Apple Care +. I was wondering which iPad I would get if I were to get a replacement device(because Apple doesn't sell the 3rd gen iPad anymore.). Thanks!

If it is replaced under warranty, it would be the same generation, capacity and size as your existing unit.
