how I can change the language at ibooks author

I download Ibooks author but everything I can write is in English, I am trying to write in Spanish but I can not change the language anywhere. I tried to reinstall again to download it in spanish, but I could not. Is there anyway to do it?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Are you talking about spell check? If so, go to

inspector > text > more > language
