What is wrong with Game Center?

I just downloaded a game and tried to play it.

Game Center pops up and tells me that I need to log in. But I dont want to....

So I press the cancle button.... nothing.... press it again.... nothing.... press it 20 more times.... nothing....

So i decide to give in and sign in.... put in my info and it just gets stuck signing in.... it was sitting with the signing in message for about 10 min....

Then I backed out and opened the app.... and its stuck at the loading screen.... (and is still there after 20min)

I was fine with just throwing it in a folder to never be looked at, but now it is ACTIVLY PREVENTING me from playing my games....

What is going on?
