Why is there no cellular data on my facetime option?

Question

I wanted try facetime over cellular data. How come I dont have the mobile data tab on the facetime option? Im already on ios 6.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1

It's not available on iPhone 4.

This is iPad forum.

Only iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 can do FaceTime over cellular and if the carrier supports it.
