edit engraving

Hi Friend,

If your recently have ordered for your new iPad you can go to apple website, then you sign in with your Apple ID. In the top of the website click in"Account", then "View Order History". This will drive you right to the orders your made.

Ok, now you check in which step your device is currently processing. If will be in the first or second one, you can change your order as you want.

So you can chenge it. Find a button that says "Edit" or or something like this bellow the description name of the device you ordered, then edit

Ok, so clarify something: have you set an engraving when you are purchasing your device?

If your answer is not, then you probably cannot insert engraving now. If haven't engraving options before, maybe your country has not available this option.

If you can cancel your order, do it. Then order it again.

Engravings are not available in some countries.
