i can't sincronize music with ipad mini

I'm trying to sincronize music with itunes. No music is traslated to mi device.

Otherway, i bought an album at Itunes, also it can't be downloaded into my device.

So, i can't put music into my device.

I never thought that Apple product can`t work property. May Apple become a sloppy company?
