Help! I have deleted what was backed up to iCloud!

I have recently had to have my computer reformatted. Knowing everything would be deleted I put all of my music onto usbs. I redownload iTunes and am in the process of setting it all up again when I unknowingly delete what was backed up to iCloud ( ALL of my iTunes purchases!) my iPod now thinks this is a new iTunes and wants me to restore it so I can sync with this 'new' iTunes. My question is can I rebackup what's on my iPod to iCloud so I don't lose everything?
