Change recipient's email

I try to change recipient's email following this article

I use "iTunes 11 or later" on my pc but on "step 6" I not found my gift that I want to change recipient's email

So I follow the step from "iTunes 10.7 or earlier" and I found it !

but there are no recipient's email box like "step 8"

I want to change but how ?
