iPad won't slide to unlock or power off
I am new to this....
iPad screen does not respond to touch.
Will not slide to power off or unlock
iCloud Back up screen message will not turn off when I touch OK
iPad, sceen non responsive

Perform a Reset...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
