How do I get the albums Icon eg. Ed Sheeran's + album cover on iTunes? ._.

So I uploaded several CD's hoping that the CD icon ( front of album cover) would come up.. It only occured to me when I synced my ipods that it didn't do it, so I just have the plain musical note instead of the artists icon. :/ Please can someone help meh!
