How to get video from MacBook Air to iPhone 5?
I want to get the video onto my camera roll, not the movie app that the iPhone has. Please help! Thank you!

Sync them as photos and they will be in an album into photos app.
In fact there IS a way to transfer them into camera roll but don't do it.
Use your Camera Roll just like you use the memory card of your digital camera.
