On my i-phone 4s, my wifi doesnt function - under General and wifi - it is not highlighted and I am unable to slide the button. Pls help?

i've tried the trouble shooting suggested in that thread, wifi is still greyed out... is there another way?

If you tried ALL of the troubleshooting steps provided without success, this usually means you have a hardware problem that needs evaluation by Apple or whoever provides iPhone service in your country. This was stated in the support article.
