I have a feeling that thjere are a lot of miss understandings, The

matter is not downloading music.

I have spend 10 months to down load my favourites, and now I can only

see them in my Itunes. and can not sinc them to my apple devices.

unfortunately 3 trip tp apple store and 2 consultation with genius bar

I am no better off. please retrive my softwares. I have travelled and

consulted to find and install different softwares, and I love them

all.
