Q: I transferred digital copies to my iTunes on one laptop, but now I cannot see them on another laptop when signed in to my iTunes account. Why not?

Why can I not see my digital transfers on another computer? I am signed into my iTunes account but unable to see all the movies transferred.

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1
