Has anyone else redeemed a gift card and have had the money dissappear from their account? I redeemed two $50.00 gift cards back in october and the money dissappeared with with version 11 update. I also have some downloaded songs that will no longer play.
I redeemed two $50.00 gift cards back in October and the money dissappeared with the version 11 update. I also now have several songs from a variety of albums that won't play. It seems like they are related to albums that I had downloaded into my phone and when I synced my phone with my PC after the update things stopped working properly. I did not have this problem until the version 11 update. Any help would be appreciated.
