Is there a iOS 5 for iPod and how do I get it?
I would like to download a children's game, but it requires iOS 5. Is that available for iPod Touch?

If it's a first or second generation iPod touch, no.
If it's a third generation iPod touch, yes.
If it's a fourth generation iPod touch, it can only be updated to iOS 6.0.1.
In all cases, an iOS device running an OS prior to 5.0 can only be updated from iTunes on a computer.
