I need help with two apps downloading

I downloaded two apps on Thursday and they still have not completely downloaded. On my screen it shows the app with waiting... underneath them. I looked on my app store app and it says they are still installing. No other app has ever taken this long. I have the right iOS for them both, so I don't know what happened and why they are taking so long. Could someone help guide me? Thanks!
