It says in this article that I should be able to.. send reset security inf to example@hotmail.com but it dosnt show up. I have followed all the intructions necessary but that one link just isnt there. Someone please help!
If that option doesn't appear then I assume then you don't have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. In which case see if the instructions on this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
