Syncing

I own an iPod Touch. I just purchased an iPhone 5. After syncing all the apps transferred but none of the data saved in the apps transferred (i.e. my schedule and notes, etc.). How do i get all the information from my Touch to my iPhone?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2

You would have to restore the iPod backup to your iPhone, which is not possible. Some things like notes, calendars and contacts can by synced to the iPhone if you were syncing your iPod with apps on your computer or cloud service.
