ios Application Question

I installed a Free app on 3 devices.

1. Iphone 5

2. Ipad mini

3. Ipad 2

I liked the application and paid the $1.99 to upgrade using the iphone 5 but the ipad mini and the ipad 2 still show the lite version. The app says that you only have to pay once and you can install on other devices.

What do I need to do in order to have the upgade on the other two devices so I can begin using the full version on all 3 devices?

Download the payed app to those devices from the App Store. You won't have to pay again.

When I go to the App store it only shows the lite version (FREE) to download and the $1.99 upgrade version to download.

When I click on it $1.99 it asks if I wanna buy it.....but I already paid for it from the iphone 5

sometimes it will say this, however, if you have already payed for it, it will be able to be downloaded again for free regardless.

LOL...ok so I just did and it charged me again $1.99

Now the full version is on all 3 devices which is good but now how do i get my $1.99 back??

If you were charged again, it means your device is signed into a different iTunes/App Store account than when it was originally purchased. You can't get a refund.

Another possibility is that the app has different version for the iPhone and iPad. Does the button to buy it have a "+" in the upper right? If it doesn't, then it is not compatible with both iPhone and iPad.
