Q: App Store download problems

I want to download 'Memory Clean' but the download fails but Apps Store says it's installed!? This also happens with Unarchiver and Free Memory?

I have successfully downloaded this once before and on another machine.

Any ideas please.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Thanks for replying so quickly. Spotlight top hit is a shortcut to the App Store purchase page. This lists Memory Clean as 'installed' and a comment in red that 'an error has occurred'. Does this tell you anything apart from the obvious?

I can't get it to do it again. However this print shows that Apps Store says it's installed but also the download has failed.
This screen shot shows the Applications folder trying to download but can't.

Does this help you?

Move file to the Trash, then refresh the purchases page.

This should free up the install button again.
