I clicked "buy" on several items and thought I would find a "checkout or finalize your purchase" step. What do I do next?

ok I have a ipod classic with plenty of music storred but i haven't bought music in a while. (ok so I'm over 70). I ust selected a few Jackson Browne hits using the "buy" buttons. do I need to go to "checkout" or "start your download now" area?
