Cannot turn off automatic?

Why sometime my ipad mini could not turn off automatic?...anyone...

Automatic what? Downloads? In settings>iTunes & App Stores>Automatic Downloads? Or WiFi Syncing? iCloud Backups? The iPad itself turn off automatically?

Please explain a little more and provide some details.

Arrghhh...sory bro,,my fault...i mean the function of auto-lock..sometime its work but sometime i must push the sleep button to make my ipad mini sleep...why?..
