It is showing in my itunes library but I keep getting, cannot find drivers error , unknown usb device error, tried to update from apple , device manager, restarted comp.Nothing!

You have the accessibility VoiceOver feature turned on.
Triple click the home button and try going to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn VoiceOver off. You may have to use three finger to scroll the screen to get there. If problems see:

I cannot do that because it is not even in my Itunes, the drivers will not install for the IPOD.
I have done all of that 3 times.......... Nothing, nowhere in my itunes in device manager settings it is unrecognized device.
Back to the original problem;
What happens when triple click the Home button and try to go to Settings>General>Accessibility and turning VoiceOver Off? Use three fingers to scroll to get there is necessary.
RESETTING ORIGINAL SETTINGS, I NOW HAVE A WOMAN SPEAKING EB=VERY MOVE I MALE ABD CANNOT SCROLL DOWN TO ACCESSBILITIES
