Telling you the trueth i see five bars, its always in five bars but sometimes i goes to one bar on Transmit Rate i see 11 even though i saw 5 on it later while i was writing this, RSSI i see -66 and on Channel (2.4Ghz)it also changed again right now while i was writing this RSSI changed to -78 it keeps changing while i open the wifi it keeps marking diffrent numbers.

It's normal for it to keep changing, but if it drops down to 1 that's a huge drop--it shouldn't really go lower than 36. Try changing the channel from whatever you're on now. You'll have to go into the router to do that. The least congested channels in the 2.4 Ghz band (that's not the channel) are 1, 3 or 9. Might also be interference from a microwave oven or cordless phone. You might have to move the router closer to the Mac, or purchase a high gain antenna for the router. While you're at it you might try rebooting, power cycling the router. Unplug it from power, wait a minute and replug it. Or if there's a power switch on it use that.

thanks broh i also have a computer next to my mac with a external wifi adapter connected to the same router i dont now if that also can interfere my internet because when i accually disconect it it gets a bit faster on my mac but it still drops now that the transmit ratio is 11 and rises to 18 thats not much in my opinion and i think thats the problem router should be a little closer
