Not finding icloud icons after uploading albums to iCloud using iMatch?

I just downloaded an album from iTunes which I can find and play in my libarary. They also show in my iPhone and iPad can I can play them just fine. However, all of my other songs have a cloud icon with a down arrow and everything I am uploading now does not. I just switched to Windows 8. HELP!
