what if the download was interrupted, can I resume it later?

Stuck in a hotel on Cyprus, I purchased a film from iTunes and started downloading it. The hotel wifi was howver not up to the task, and seeing that the download would require me to camp for 19 hours in the lobby, I aborted the download. Back home, with access to good broadband, I see that I have been charged for buying the film, but I can't figure out how to resume the download.
