Airport extreme has green light but yet I have no internet.

Airport extreme has green light but yet I have no internet. when I disconnect the AirPort and just run through the D link modem the connection returns. is this because i have not configured it correctly, what should the IpV6 settings be?

AirPort Extreme-OTHER, Windows 7, D-Link Dsl-320B modem

If you have performed the 'factory default' reset, then your AirPort would default to broadcasting an unsecured wireless network with a network name of something like: Apple Network NNNNNN. It would also be configured as a DHCP client so that the Internet modem could pass along the ISP's IP information. If the DLink modem is actually a combination modem & router (or gateway) device, then the AirPort would need to be further configured as a bridge. This would allow the DLink to provide the necessary NAT & DHCP services so that clients connected to either router would be able to access the Internet.
