my computer won't connect to iTunes store

my computer won't connect to iTunes store, so i ran a diagnostic, it said Network Interfaces Verified, Internet Connection Verified, Secure Link to iTunes store failed. when i click on help, iTunes help says i don't have an internet connection, which demonstrated by the fact that im posting this, i clearly do, someone help please
