iphoto asking to upgrade library every time i open it

Since a few months now (since the end of mobilme and the new version of iphoto). I'm getting a lot (really a lot of problem with my iphoto). I try to find any solution online but it was imposible. Every time I open my library iphoto ask to me to "upgrade" my library (every time) then every time that it upgrade it, my event doesn't appear in the correct order (even if i re check the "sort even alphabetical"). Another thing thats happening is that iphoto shows me event with zero photos that i can't delete. I'm getting really pisseoff since my library use to work great until apple start screwing up with icloud, etc. I all ready tried to re build library, check permision, etc, but nothing seems to work. Any one have a solution? Maybe to create a new library from the same photos?
